My Story
Growing up, I was taught to work hard and prioritize others, often at the expense of my own needs. I found myself trapped in a cycle of people-pleasing and self-neglect, blaming others for my circumstances. Despite earning a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in chemistry and being invited to pursue a PhD in Canada, I realized that true fulfillment comes from making choices that align with your own values, not merely to meet the expectations of others.
Over a decade ago, I made a life-changing decision to step away from my studies and career to embark on a journey of self-discovery. During this time, I learned to manage my thoughts, embrace my emotions, and practice self-compassion. I began to shed the mask I had unknowingly worn for so long, embracing authenticity and discovering my true voice.
However, despite actively engaging with New Thought and New Age practices, I still felt a void within me. I was searching for something deeper—true inner peace. In His grace, God reached out to me and led me back to the only true source of peace and joy: Jesus Christ. Through Him, I found the missing piece I had been searching for all those years—His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding.
I believe that everyone can experience this peace and joy through a relationship with God. With His guidance, we can build confidence, break free from generational patterns, and grow in every area of our lives. As a coach, I am dedicated to helping women struggling with codependency establish healthy boundaries, learn to say “no,” and discern the difference between healthy and toxic relationships. Together, we will take one step at a time toward healing and building the healthy, fulfilling life God intends for you.
Awareness is the first step to change
Transformation is part of life.
Awareness is the first step to change, and transformation is an essential part of life. If you’ve found your way to this page, it’s because you want to change something in your life.
You’re ready for transformation.
Like caterpillars, we go through stages of growth and shedding, repeating patterns until we reach the next stage. The caterpillar phase reflects the moment we realize our patterns and become aware of them. We do the same things over and over and expect different outcomes until we wake up and see that we need to do something different.
The change starts with the cocoon phase, where we let go of our past with love and forgiveness for ourselves and others. Only then are we ready to become the new version of ourselves, building ourselves up with new belief systems to become who we truly want to be. This is a long process, but when we’re ready and released from our limitations and negative beliefs, we become free to fly, we become butterflies.
At each stage of our transformation, there’s a lesson to be learned. That’s where I come in. As a coach, I’m here to guide you through your journey of self-discovery and transformation. I know firsthand what it’s like to put yourself last, to wear a mask and hide who you truly are. I’ve been on my own journey of self-discovery for over a decade, learning how to manage my mind, embrace my emotions, and accept myself with self-compassion.
I believe that change happens step by step, phase by phase, one day at a time. The good news is that we can be in different stages in different areas of our lives, and the change can begin once we become aware of a pattern and are ready for the next phase. Whether you want to work on relationships, self-acceptance, boundaries, dreams, or goals, I’m here to help you figure out where you are and work from there to achieve what you want.
If you’re ready for transformation and want guidance and tools to turn anxiety into serenity, I’m here for you. Let’s work together to discover your inner voice, find self-compassion, let go of limiting beliefs, and claim your confidence so you can watch your life flourish.
